Cappuccino Cranberry Muffins Recipe

Clementine-Cranberry Muffins

 

This recipe is a nice twist on cranberry muffins.  Hope you enjoy.

What You Will Need:

–   2/3 cup of sugar

–   1 ¾ cups of flour

–   3 Tbsp of cocoa

–   1 ½ tsp of baking powder

–    ½ tsp of baking soda

–   ½ tsp of cinnamon

–   ¾ tsp of salt

–   1 Tbsp of instant coffee

–   1 egg

–   ¾ cup of milk

–   6 Tbsp of oil

–   5 oz of Craisins (dried cranberries)

 

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2.   Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin.

3.   Combine all of the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.

4.   Now take all of the liquid ingredients into a separate mixing bowl.

5.   Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl containing the dry mixture.  Then stir in the cranberries.

6.   Fill all the muffin tin cups roughly 2/3 of the way up.

7.   Finally, bake for about 25 minutes.  Check the muffins with toothpicks and if it doesn’t come up clean, bake for another few minutes.
