Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Recipe

Just in time for Halloween and all the parties that come with that, here’s a yummy treat that I’m sure everyone will love!

What You Will Need:

–   12 cups of popped popcorn

–   1 ½ cups of sugar

–   1 cup of corn syrup

–   2 Tbsp of butter

–   1 ½ tsp of pumpkin pie spice

–   ½ tsp of salt

–   1 tsp of vanilla extract

What You Will Need:

1.   In a large cooking pot, bring the sugar, butter and corn syrup to a boil.

2.   Stir in the pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and salt until everything is even.

3.   Next, add the popcorn and toss until everything is coated evenly.

4.   Grease a sheet of foil and spread the popcorn in a single layer to cool and harden.

**As a note, if the colouring of the popcorn just doesn’t look right, add a drop or two of food colouring to make the popcorn look for appealing.

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
