Chocolate Pretzel Cookies Recipe

I absolutely love treats that are salty and sweet this recipe completely satisfies this craving.


What You Will Need:

–   1 cup of butter

–   ¾ cup of brown sugar

–   ½ cup of sugar

–   1 egg

–   1 tsp of vanilla extract

–   1 ½ cup of flour

–   ½ cup of oats

–   1 tsp of baking soda

–   pinch of salt

–   1 cup of crushed up pretzels

–   ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips or chucks

–   ½ cup of rice krispie cereal


What You Will Need:

1.   Preheat oven to 375°F.

2.   Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until it is fluffy.

3.   Then add the egg and vanilla.  Continue to mix until everything is combined well.

4.   In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt.  Then add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.

5.   After everything is mixed well, add the pretzels, chocolate and cereal until combined.

6.   Make roughly 2” cookie dough balls onto cookie pan.  Bake for about 8 minutes.
