Just Like Almond Roca Recipe

Here’s a great recipe which is just like the store bought Almond Roca:

What You Will Need:

–   1 ½ cups of chocolate chips

–   1 cup of butter

–   1 cup of sliced almonds

–   1 cup of sugar

–   3 Tbsp of water

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2.   Spread almonds on a baking sheet.

3.   Toast the almonds in the oven until they are golden.  This will only take a minute or two so keep an eye on them.

4.   In a pot, heat up the butter.  Once melted, add the water and sugar.  Continue to stir until everything is mixed well together.

5.   Now pour the contents of the pot over the almonds.  Not all of this will cover the almonds though.

6.   Let everything sit and settle for a couple of minutes but before it has cooled down, sprinkle the chocolate chips over top of the almond mixture.

7.   Next let everything melt together, however, if everything is cooled down too much, place back in the oven for about 30 second.

8.   Now that everything is melted together, let set for about 5 minutes, break apart and enjoy!

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
