Slow Cooker Cocktail Meatballs Recipe

Here’s a simple appetizer recipe to make that I have never had any negative comments about:

What You Will Need:

–   1 pound of lean ground beef (I’ve also used ground turkey for this recipe and it tastes great too)

–   1 egg

–   ½ cup of bread crumbs

–   2 Tbsp of water

–   3 Tbsp of finely chopped onion

–   1 can of cranberry sauce (equivalent to about 1 cup)

–   ½ cup of chili sauce

–   1 Tbsp of brown sugar

–   1 ½ tsp of lemon juice

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2.   In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion and water together.  Once well mixed, roll the meat into small balls

3.   Place the meatballs in the oven, on a baking sheet, for 20 minutes, flipping them about 10 minutes into baking.

4.   Now place the rest of the ingredients into the slow cooker, including the meatballs.  Let them simmer on low for about an hour.

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
