Crab Cakes Recipe

Here is a great appetizer recipe to serve during the holidays or any time:

What You Will Need:

–   8 crushed soup crackers

–   2 cans (120g each) of crab meat

–   1 beaten egg

–   4 tsp of mayonnaise

–   ¼ cup of chopped green onions

–   ¼ tsp of Worcestershire sauce

–   ¼ tsp of oregano

–   ½ tsp of hot pepper sauce

–   1/3 cup of corn flakes crumbs

–   ¼ tsp of grated lemon rind

–   2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2.   In a bowl, mix the crackers, egg, crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, hot sauce, oregano, lemon rind and Worcestershire sauce together.

3.   Divide the contents of the bowl into 12 equal portions and make them into little patties.

4.   In another bowl, mix the cheese and corn flakes together.  Cook the little patties with this mixture.

5.   Place the little patties on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

6.   Bake the patties for 8 minutes, flip them and bake for another 5 minutes or until they become golden brown.

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
