Olive Cheddar Balls Recipe

 

A perfect treat to serve for any occasion.  These taste great when served with ranch dressing or sweet and sour sauce.

What You Will Need to do:

–   1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

–   4 Tbsp of softened butter

–   ½ cup of flour

–   2 Tbsp of water

–   ½ tsp of salt

–   ½ tsp of paprika

–   24 pimento stuffed green olives

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2.   In a bowl, mix the cheese and butter together.

3.   Next, slowly add the flour, water, paprika and salt to the bowl.

4.   Using about a teaspoon per olive, flatten the dough into a disk and wrap around an olive, pinching to seal completely.

5.   Set on a baking sheet and continue with the remaining olives.  At this point, the olive balls can be kept refrigerated until just before serving.

6.   Bake the balls until they become golden which should take about 15 minutes.

These taste best when serve warm.
