Pineapple Stir Fry Recipe



Looking for a way to change up your usual stir fry?  This is a great recipe to try.


What You Will Need:

–   1 cup of chopped broccoli

–   ½ cup of peas

–   1 can (1 cup) of sliced water chestnuts

–   ½ cup of chopped carrots

–   2 Tbsp of soy sauce

–   1 Tbsp of ginger

–   1 Tbsp of sesame oil

–   1 cup of pineapple chunks

–   3 cups of cooked rice

–   3 Tbsp of whole chia seeds

–   ¼ tsp of salt

–   ¼ tsp of pepper


What You Will Need to do:

1.   In a bowl, stir the broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, peas, soy sauce and ginger together.

2.   Heat the oil in a skillet.  Add the vegetable mixture and cook until the vegetables become tender.

3.   Next, stir in the pineapples and cook for another minute or two.

4.   Pour the mixture over the rice, sprinkle the chia seeds, salt, pepper and serve.
