Curry and Mustard Meatballs ~ Slow Cooker Recipe


Here is a tasty cocktail meatball recipe that changes the usual traditional meatball recipes:

What You Will Need:

–   2 cups of canned pineapples tidbits, including juice

–   1 cup of Dijon mustard

–   ½ cup of brown sugar

–   1 tsp of curry powder

–    2 ½ lbs (about 80) frozen/cooked meatballs or homemade, already cooked meatballs


What You Will Need to do:

1.   In a pan, combine all the ingredients, except meatballs, and bring to a boil, while continuing to stir.

2.   Place the meatballs in your slow cooker.

3.   Pour the contents of the pan over the meatballs.

4.   Cook on HIGH for 4 hours, stirring contents of slow cooker every hour.
