Slow Cooker Lemony Party Mix

This is a recipe that changes up the ol’ party mix that is usually made:

What You Will Need:

–   2 cups of broken plan pita chips

–   5 cups of multigrain cheerios

–   ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds

–   2/3 cup of chopped up walnuts

–   2 Tbsp of dill weed

–   1 tsp of rosemary

–   2 Tbsp of olive oil

–   1 Tbsp of shredded lemon peel

–   1oz of dry ranch salad dressing mix

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray.

2.   In the slow cooker, combine the cheerios, pita chips, pumpkin seeds, dill weed, walnuts, rosemary and salad dressing mix.  Sprinkle the olive oil on top and gently mix together.

3.   Cook on LOW for 2 ½ hours but stir every 30 minutes.

4.   Sprinkle the lemon peel over contents of slow cooker and gently mix together.

5.   Let cool down before serving.

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
