Pesto Turkey Linguine Recipe

Are you like me and usually have some leftover turkey in the freezer from the last time you cooked a turkey?  Here is a delicious recipe that is full in flavour:

What You Will Need:

–   ½ a package of linguine

–   3 chopped up tomatoes

–   2 cups of cooked turkey

–   1 Tbsp of olive oil

–   1 Tbsp of chicken broth

–   ½ cup of pesto

–   ¾ cup of parmesan or goat cheese (whatever your preference is)

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Cook the pasta, as indicated on the package.

2.   While you’re waiting for the pasta to cook, cut up the tomatoes into chunks and slice the turkey into preferred strips.

3.   In a saucepan, heat up the oil and add the tomatoes.  Continue to stir until they become to shrivel up a little bit.

4.   Next, add the broth and let the contents of the pan begin to boil.

5.   Stir in the pesto and turkey and let simmer for a few minutes, while continuing to stir.

6.   Now drain and add the pasta to the contents of the pan.

7.   Place on dishes, in individual portions, and crumble cheese over top.

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
