Homemade Cheddar Fish Crackers Recipe

This is a DIY, frugal recipe to make the famous cheddar fish crackers at home:

What You Will Need:

–   1 ½ cups of grated cheddar cheese

–   3/4 cup of flour

–   4 Tbsp of butter

–   1/8 tsp onion powder

–   ¼ tsp of salt

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2.   Mix all the ingredients together in a food processer and mix until the contents form into a ball.

3.   Lightly flour a flat surface and roll out the dough so it is about 1/8” thick.

4.   With the desired cookie cutter of your choice, make the cracker shapes.

5.   Place wax or parchment paper on a baking sheet and transfer the dough shapes onto sheet.

6.   Bake the crackers for 12 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.

7.   After baked, place crackers on a cooling rack and once cooled down, enjoy!
