Homemade Thai Vinaigrette Recipe

Looking for an alternative to your dressing or to flavour up other types of food, below is a recipe for Thai vinaigrette:

What You Will Need: 

–   1-1/2  limes, juice and pulp
–   3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
–   1/4 cup olive oil
–   1/2 tsp sesame oil
–   1-1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
–   1-1/2 tsp white sugar
–   1 tsp brown sugar
–   3/4 cup peanut oil
–   1 clove garlic, minced
–   1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped finely
–   1 tsp soy sauce
–   1-1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
–   1-1/2 Tbsp cilantro, minced

 

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Blend all the ingredients in a bowl except for the peanut oil.

2.   Then slowly pour the peanut oil into the mixture.

3.   Let the vinaigrette sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
