Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein Recipe

I love anything that has to do with oriental food so I’m always looking for different recipes to try out in this area. Here’s one that I think you’ll enjoy just as much as my family does.
What You Will Need:
– 1 cup of spaghetti
– 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil
– 1 tsp of sesame oil
– 1 ½ cups of slice onion
– 3 cups of chopped broccoli
– 4 minced garlic cloves
– 1 Tbsp of ginger
– 3 Tbsp of beef broth
– about 12oz of beef stir-fry meat
– 2 Tbsp of brown sugar
– 3 Tbsp of soy sauce
– 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
What You Will Need to do:
1. Break the spaghetti in half and cook as indicated on the packaging.
2. Drain the water out, after the spaghetti has cooked. Place the spaghetti back in the pot and add sesame oil.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a separate skillet.
4. Add the broccoli and onion and cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes.
5. Next, add the ginger and garlic and continue stirring while the mixture cooks for another 30 seconds. Add the sirloin and cook it, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until it is no longer pink.
6. In a small bowl, mix the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and oyster sauce.
7. Add the soy sauce mixture and the pasta to the skillet and continue cooking, stirring often, for 1 to 2 minutes or until everything is heated through. Serve the lo mein hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
